This dacha consisted of 15,150 desiatinas in or near the villages of Küçük (Kuchuk) Muskomia, Buyuk Muskomia, Varnaut, Kaytu, Baydar, Saftik, Kalende, Skelia, Savatka, Urkusta Baga, Tekliu. In 1795 it consisted of 13,000 desiatinas (35,000 acres) in the lush and storied Baydar Valley.
