Property Note:

This dacha consisted of 8,506 desiatinas (nearly 23,000 acres). The 1789 report put it at 3,745 desiatinas, suggesting that the later dacha resulted from the consolidation of other properties. Either way, it was located near the mouth of the Belbek River in Simferopol uezd. The earlier document also suggests that only a third of the land was suitable for cultivation. The property, along with its mills and gardens, once belonged to a man named Akhmet Aga. He fled Crimea during the annexation process, leaving "empty" land in his wake.
