This vast dacha consisted of 27,333 desiatinas (over 73,000 acres) near the source of the Bel'bek River; in or near the villages of Kokkoz, Markur, Kuchkuluz, Ianchu, Enisala, Fotisala, Otarchik, Karlu, Ajrul, Gavri, Tatar Osmankoi, B.Uzenbash, K.Uzenbash, Bogatyr. Three-quarters of the land was suitable for cultivation.
